Nail Boutique & Spa Policy

All guests and clients who are serviced by our technicians have agreed to Nail Boutique and Spa terms and conditions below.

Appointments – Walk-ins are welcome. We like to service you at your convenience; therefore making an appointment will avoid wait time.  Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to scheduled appointment to ensure we can service you promptly; if you are running late please call and let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Your appointment may be lost if more than 10  minutes late should others be waiting for service, at which time you will be provided the next available slot.

Method of PaymentWe accept cash and credit card (Apple Pay, Android Pay, Debit Card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Nail Boutique & Spa Gift Card). Tips may be placed on credit card, but cash is always appreciated.

Courtesy – At Nail Bouique & Spa we strive to provide a relaxing and quiet atmosphere; please be courteous and keep your conservations and ringtones low.

Children – Children are welcome but must be under adult supervision at all times.  Children under 12 must have parents consent to get their nail service done. 

Pets – Sorry, pets are not allowed by state regulations.  

Safety – All salon tools and products are to be used only by the salon’s licensed technician (for safety and  insurance purposes).  We reserve the right to refuse service on any patron that causes problems or disruptions to our spa.

Health Concerns – Please alert your technicians on allergies or medical conditions that may require special attention.  Also, due to the spread of viruses, we reserve the right to refuse service to patron that has an open wound.

Personal Property – Nail Boutiue & Spa cannot be liable for any personal belonging that may be lost, stolen, or damaged while on salon premises.  

Gift Cards – Gift cards are available at our salon, please ask your technician or see the receptionist.  Gift cards issued are valid for six months after date of purchase.  Sorry, but gift cards may not be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash value once issued. 

Returns – We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salon. We offer complimentary fixes within 3 days of the service completion pending management approval.

Gratuities  – Gratuities are not included in any of our pricing. However, gratuities are greatly appreciated by technicians for their exceptional service.  

Cancellation Policy – We make every effort to schedule enough time for each appointment to accommodate our client’s busy schedule. We request that you notify us 24 hours in advance for any cancellation as a courtesy for all our clients and our technicians. 

Price – Availability of prices in the brochure is limited and at the time of service prices may be higher. All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, shortage of supplies, and/or unforeseen economic circumstances.

Smoking – Nail Boutique & Spa is a smoke-free facility. We apprecicate your  cooperation.
